Support for patients and carers affected by long term health conditions

Our support hub provides help and information to people with long term health conditions and their carers. 

The support hub is here to help reduce the stress in times of already great worry and uncertainty.

We can also advise and signpost to many other services in the community, locally and nationwide, depending on patient and carer need.

    Our advisers support patients and carers of the Royal Free London with an array of issues, primarily around benefits and housing support.

You can find the support hub on the lower ground floor of the Royal Free Hospital, near the restaurant. One of our advisers would be happy to speak to you – appointments aren’t needed.
