Hands Up! for your hospital

Find out how you can get involved in helping to raise vital funds for your local hospital

Our services bolster the care and treatment patients receive from the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust (Royal Free London).

By putting your hands up for your hospital, you can help us to deliver vital services that support the 12,000 members of staff and the 1.6 million patients they care for across our hospitals. By taking part, you’ll be lending a hand to make a huge difference.

Support your hospital in two easy steps

Step 1 – start your fundraising

There are lots of ways to put your hands up for your hospital. You can:

  • handmake: get crafty and sell what you’ve made
  • hand in: donate money you’d usually spend on take-away coffees
  • hands on: take on a sponsored physical challenge

Your support will make a huge difference.

Step 2 – download your fundraising pack…
