Give in memory

Remember someone special by supporting the Royal Free Charity.

Leaving a gift in memory of a loved one is a wonderful way to honour their memory and say thank you to staff. It can also be a comfort to know that your tribute will help enhance care for patients and staff, as well as fund pioneering research into diagnosis and treatment.

If you would like to support the Royal Free Charity in memory of a loved one, here are some ways you can contribute:

Family’s heartfelt donation thanks Barnet Hospital staff

The family of Ratilal Narshi Maldemade, who died at Barnet Hospital, have made a touching donation in his memory in gratitude for the care he received.

Ratilal, pictured here with his family, died on his 52nd wedding anniversary on 1 March 2023, after being admitted to Barnet Hospital with breathing difficulties a month earlier.

Pushpa, Ratilal’s widow, expressed her appreciation: I was happy that Rati received good care from the staff at the hospital. They were very patient with him and attentive and responded to the many questions we had as a family.”

The family’s generous donation will support improving facilities for bereaved families at Barnet Hospital, ensuring other families receive the same compassionate care during difficult times.
