Santa in the City

3 – 4 December 2025
A group of runners all dressed as Santa Clause running through a park on a brisky morning.
Get into the festive spirit and help us raise vital funds for the Royal Free London by taking part in Santa in the City!

Imagine yourself, dressed head-to-toe in a fantastic Santa suit – hat, beard, jacket, trousers, and belt included – running a magical 4.5km course through the heart of London.

Your twinkling Santa adventure kicks off at 7pm from Paternoster Square, right beside the majestic St Paul’s Cathedral. You’ll dash along the North Bank, soaking in spectacular river views, before crossing the Thames via Southwark Bridge.

The iconic route then sweeps you along the lively Thames path, past Shakespeare’s Globe and towards the Tate Modern. From there, you’ll cross the river once more, this time over the stunning Millennium Bridge, where you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of a beautifully lit St Paul’s Cathedral. Finally, you’ll return to Paternoster Square, having completed a truly unforgettable run.

You can take part either on Wednesday 3 December or Thursday 4 December 2025.
