Take part in the 2025 TCS London Marathon on Sunday 27 April 2025 and help make a difference to staff, patients, families and researchers across the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.

This world renowed 26.2-mile challenge starts in Greenwich, passes Cutty Sark, goes over the world-famous Tower Bridge, and through Canary Wharf, before finishing on The Mall in front of Buckingham Palace.
