Recreation Club (The Rec Club)
The Rec Club is a stimulating and affordable gym providing a mixture of classes, pool and room hire.
Increasing the amount of physical activity we undertake helps to relieve stress and anxiety as well as improving our overall health. The RFC Recreation Club enables everyone to benefit from access to a pool, classes and the fitness room at an affordable rate.

We have a sports hall, fitness room, swimming pool, two exercise studios and a treatment room.

The Recreation Club is closed on all Bank Holidays.
