Join our amazing team for the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2024 and run among some of the city’s most iconic landmarks. By taking part, you’ll be making a real impact for the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.

The half marathon starts by the Strand and finishes by Downing Street, passing Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, Nelson’s Column and more!

Running for the Royal Free Charity means you’ll be part of a special community going that extra mile to support patients, staff, families, and researchers across the Royal Free London.
