We offer classes ranging from holistics to mixed martial arts, cardio, dance and many more.

Pilates – Pilates Matwork is a series of interconnected movements designed to improve muscle control, flexibility, strength, tone & co-ordination.

Aikido – A non-violent Japanese Martial Art for fitness and great fun.

Gentle Flow and relaxation – This class connects breath with movement whilst exploring both passive & active type poses. This involves a slowing down of movement allowing for complete stillness & a deeper awareness. This is combined with an exploration of stronger (active) flowing asana (postures).
