Writing or updating your will can feel like a big decision, so our free will-writing service is here to help.

Who can use the service?

The service is available to all our supporters aged 18 and over, who want to write or update their will. You can include a mirror will for your partner.

What type of will can you write using this service?

Our free will service allows you to write or update a simple will. This is one that does not require advice on complex issues such as foreign assets, discretionary trusts, inheritance tax or complicated family circumstances.

If you would like more advice,  please do not hesitate to contact [email protected] or  020 7317 7772, or please use the form further below.

If I use the service, must I leave a gift to the Royal Free Charity?

There is no obligation to leave a gift to the Royal Free Charity.  We do hope that once you have considered your loved ones, you will be inspired to leave a gift in your will to us.
