Volunteer Team Database Administrator
Maternity Cover initially 9 months possible extension to 12 months
Salary £28,000 – £29,244 pro-rata per annum – subject to skills and experience
Hours of work 22.5 hours a week over three days (required on Fridays and other two days to be agreed)
Base Office based in north London: Royal Free Charity, the Pears Building, Pond Street, London NW3 2PP
The Royal Free Charity is seeking an ambitious and talented Volunteer Team Database Administrator to join their Volunteer team.
The Volunteer Team Database Administrator will report to the Royal Free Volunteer Deputy Manager.
The main task of the role is to manage the volunteer database and communicate with the volunteers.
This role also requires the person to develop and coordinate a centralised process for recording and reporting the impact of the volunteering and patient services teams.
To produce regular reports including KPIs for the Head of Department, SLT, and Board in line with the new reporting structure as implemented by the Director of Business Planning and Strategy.
The role requires visits to the hospital to take volunteers to the wards/clinics if necessary.
The Volunteer Team coordinates a wide variety of volunteering opportunities across all our hospital sites. Being responsible for 160 volunteers, we work closely with the Trust staff to find ways in which volunteers can help to support the staff and the patients to have the best possible experience while they are in the hospital.
