Rec Club Cleaner (1 full time and 1 part time)

We are seeking 2 motivated and reliable cleaners to maintain our Rec Club and leisure centre in a clean and healthy environment.

The post and hours are:

One full-time (37.5 hours per week not including breaks)

Monday to Friday from 12.30 pm to 8 pm

One part-time (15 hours per week not including breaks)

Saturday & Sunday 10.30 am to 6 pm

Salary £20,319 – per annum (pro rata for part-time)

Royal Free Charity is seeking a motivated cleaner to maintain their Rec Club gym in a clean, healthy condition.

The role

Your role will be to create a welcoming environment for the RFC Recreation Club members and users. Ensuring the cleanliness of the club is maintained to a high standard and support is given to the Duty Managers in maintaining high health and safety conditions.

You will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the club, including the male and female changing rooms, reception area, pool surroundings, studios, offices and other common areas. Your role will be also to ensure that all consumables such as toilet paper and soap are always available and cleaning supplies are monitored.

You will collaborate with the Duty Managers, reporting any health and safety, and maintenance issues.

The team

The Recreation Club of the Royal Free Hospital was established over 40 years ago and provides a fitness and leisure club to the public, the local community, and hospital staff. The club plays host to a state-of-the-art gym, 3 fitness studios, a swimming pool and sports hall.
