We're seeking an individual giving officer

Individual Giving Officer

Salary – £25,000 – £30,000 per annum – subject to skills and experience 37.5 hours a week over five days

Base – mix of home working and office based at Royal Free Charity, Pond Street, NW3 2PP

The Royal Free Charity stands at the threshold of its most important period of development. The pandemic has shown the importance and necessity of the support the Royal Free Charity can and has provided to staff and patients across our three hospitals sites, and the need for our globally important research has also never been so clear.

We have seen incredible generosity from our supporters and local community, and we now need to ensure we retain these new supporters and continue to acquire new donors to maximise unrestricted income for the Royal Free Charity over the coming years.

If you have the right experience, and are excited by the idea of creating a new programme of integrated campaigns and stewardship designed to maximise income and supporter satisfaction, we want to hear from you.

The Individual Giving Officer will report to the Individual Giving Manager.

The purpose of the role

The Individual Giving Officer will play a key role in the development of our Fundraising team, helping the charity to deliver on our strategic goals and achieve our mission and vision. This person will work across a range of fundraising and direct marketing channels, underpinning all activity with data and insight to help deliver omnichannel fundraising campaigns that stand out amongst the crowd. Our new Individual Giving Officer will bring their trademark tenacity to every campaign and use their exceptional project management skills to meet key deadlines.
