
Head of Property and Operations
Salary £60,000 per annum
Hours of work 37.5 hours a week over five days
Base Hybrid working for the foreseeable future with regular attendance to the office at least 2 -3 days a week in north London, Pears Building, Pond Street NW3 2PP
The Royal Free Charity is seeking an ambitious and talented head of property and operations to join their finance and operations team.
The role
The head of property and operations will report to the director of finance, property and operations.
The role heads the property-related operations and commercial activities for the RFC entities.
It is a lead role for property matters including leases, contracts, facilities management, overseeing head office management and administrative support, managing the outsourced IT contract and line management of the Recreation Club. Responsible for the provision of an effective head office reception service, office management and administrative support to the senior leadership team and the Board of Trustees.

The department is split into two teams:
- Finance
- Property and operations.
This is a new department, giving the opportunity to create their own team, team culture, processes, and practice.
