London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025

6 April 2025

Join our amazing team for the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025 and run among some of the city’s most iconic landmarks.

By taking part, you’ll be making a real impact for the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.

The half marathon starts by the Strand and finishes by Downing Street, passing Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, Nelson’s Column and more!

Running for the Royal Free Charity means you’ll be part of a special community going that extra mile to support patients, staff, families, and researchers across the Royal Free London.

You could be a key part of our team and we would be delighted to hear from you.

There are two ways to take part: using your ballot place or applying for a charity place.

We have filled our charity places and we are operating a waiting list. Please register your interest below if you’d like to be added to the list. If you were successful in securing a ballot place, then we would love to have your support too.
