Challenge yourself and help make a difference to staff, patients, families and researchers across the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust by taking on this incredible challenge.
What is the South West Coast 50?
The stunning ‘South West’ challenge begins in the shadow of the impressive Dunster Castle basecamp. The 50km loop heads over Exmoor with ups and downs and some breath-taking views and leads you into the famous 630 mile Coastal Path.
Pick and choose from either a 50k or 25 km option, or a family friendly 10K event – along with camping options and festival style hospitality at basecamp across the weekend.

Charity sponsorship
Pay a small registration fee and do lots of fundraising!
Full Challenge 50km: Registration fee £30 + fundraising target £395
Half Challenge 25km: Registration fee £15 + fundraising target £250
Mixed funding
Pay a higher contribution to the cost of your place and fundraise to a smaller target.
Full Challenge 50km: Registration fee £72.50 + fundraising target £220
Half Challenge 25km: Registration fee £45 + fundraising target £135
