Join over 4,000 cyclists on this iconic 55-mile route from London through the beautiful South Downs countryside leading you all the way to the Brighton Seafront.
Are you a seasoned cycling veteran? Maybe you and your friends are novices looking for a new challenge? Either way, London to Brighton is suitable for all levels of riders with an incredible atmosphere of positivity and challenge. Come and take on this fully supported ride, with a free buffet lunch stop, and help us to support staff and patients at the Royal Free NHS Foundation Trust.

Age: You must be at least 14 years old to participate in this event (children 14-16 years old must be accompanied by a participating adult on the ride and will need to complete and return a consent form before they are registered to take part).
How you will be supported on the day
Water stops at mile 10, mile 17 and 45 at the top of the infamous Ditchling Beacon
Lunch at mile 30 is one the most popular features of the event! You can eat as much as you like from delicious pastas to carrot cake as well as veggie, vegan and gluten free options available for those who need it.
A fully signed route means no need to be looking at a map you can keep your eyes on the road and enjoy the wonderful surrounding countryside.
Experienced mechanics will be based at all rest stops along the route and you’ll also be given the phone number of the mobile mechanics should you need them.
