Our support hub was set up in March 2018 to provide help and information to people with long term health conditions and their carers. The support hub is here to help reduce the stress in times of already great worry and uncertainty.

Our team of advisers support patients and staff with an array of issues including benefits and housing issues. We help people to navigate complex situations when going through difficult times.
